Radiation, X-Ray and LASER Safety

Radiation Permits

Any faculty member with a valid Radionuclide Safety & Methodology Course Certificate is eligible to apply for a UBC Radioisotope Permit.

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission requires the tracking of all radioactive materials and sources from ‘cradle to grave’.
