The Security team’s role is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for all campus users. We have team members working 24/7 to provide security services across the Vancouver campus, from operating the SafeWalk program to monitoring our network of CCTV cameras to managing UBC’s lost and found.

We provide the following services to the UBC community:

Safewalk is a free service provided by the AMS and will send a co-ed pair of walkers to accompany you to any location on campus. After 2am all calls are rerouted to Campus Security.
