Completing your Covid Safety Plan and submitting it for approval is your first step to re-occupancy

Once you have completed your Covid Safety Plan form, and have reviewed the submission process, you can email it with attachments to This will distribute your plan to the correct people to begin the Safety Plan review and approval process.

We ask that you allow time for the approval process to take place. The university may also need time to prepare workspaces for re-occupancy — ensuring they are appropriately equipped and supported for individuals to return.
