Maliheh Oliver, Manager PIA Operations and Engagement
In her new role, Maliheh will be managing the overall delivery of UBC’s Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process, working closely with business partners and IT leadership to understand and anticipate service needs and develop meaningful strategies and infrastructure to provide services.
In addition to five years of experience in compliance strategy, structure and processes of Canadian privacy legislation and regulations across various industries, Maliheh holds certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C).
When she has spare time, Maliheh enjoys skiing, hiking, reading non-fiction, and travelling.
Taylor Bohn, Privacy and Security Advisor
Taylor Bohn is an IT professional with four years of experience working at various startups around Vancouver. During his career in IT & Information Security Taylor has helped implement SOC2 controls and draft various security policies. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, which is why he decided to join UBC.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys staying active and can often be found biking, bouldering, or hiking with friends.
