Team members from Safety & Risk Services and Energy & Water Services recently oversaw the installation of a new hydrometric station near UBC Vancouver’s South Campus, to monitor water quality in UBC’s storm water system.
The station, which is expected to remain in service for around five years, will help the teams to identify any impurities contained within the water and take action to prevent further contamination.
