To assist UBC in planning and meeting our requirements, and supporting activities that will continue on campus with critical goods, UBC’s Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) requests that you identify any critical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) goods you may be able to spare, to support ongoing UBC operations.
You may have received a communication requesting key contacts within your faculty/department to secure information relating to PPE. If you have not, please reach out as soon as possible to Philippa Horton at critical.supply@ubc.ca or 604-218-9167 and let her know the following:
1) Who are the key contacts in your faculty or department who work with/manage PPE
2) Any information you have about inventory or supply of critical materials
Please note that critical supplies need to remain in place while a plan to centralize any surpluses is developed.
