Students completing the practicum portion of their studies in the Northwest Territories are NOT covered by Workers’ Safety & Compensation Commission (WSCC) if they experience work related illness or injury while doing their practicum. Therefore, departments sending practicum/clinical placements to the Northwest Territories may obtain optional WSCC coverage for their students.

- End date of placement
- Total number of days worked
- Placement institution name
