UBC strongly recommend that all UBC community members get vaccinated and if eligible, receive their booster dose, which minimizes the severity of illness and transmission to others.
Starting September 19, 2022, a Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) COVID-19 booster clinic has opened at the UBC Life Sciences Centre. This clinic is primarily focused on immunizing those 12 years and above. However, a Fall booster shot is recommended for everyone five years and older in B.C.

As the clinic is operated by VCH, dates and hours are subject to change. If you would like to get vaccinated at the UBC location, please select ‘UBC – Life Sciences Centre’ when booking your appointment. How do I get vaccinated?
Everyone eligible for the fall booster will be able to book an appointment after receiving an invitation via an email or text message. If you are registered through the Get Vaccinated system, you will receive a personalized booking invitation to make an appointment using the link provided when it’s time to book your booster dose. Fall booster invitations are sent on a rolling basis, 6 months after your last dose.
